Suggest some sound controlling devices

Hi all I am renovating my home, so i think that to go with soundproofing ceilings and pipes. I would be best option to control noise that is irretating. However searching online i have found different sites providing the products of soundproofing and vibration control but i am not able to know how to go with the best option. If anyone having any personal experience of soundproofing products please suggest me.

We are exposed to different kinds of noises from low to high and there are many practical solutions for getting rid of such irritating noise. Foam panels are something you can go with. they are installed on the walls. Then sound proof curtains are also a great option.

Soundproofing involves many factors and depends a lot on the situation. There is high frequency footfall noise, then the bass vibration that can even travel through 2 stories. And don’t forget about adjacent neighbors who might have their tv on the wall where your bed is. Or you have a washing machine upstairs. Or there is street noise from the outside.
