Roofing issues with solar panels?

Has anyone on here had any roofing problems (leaks, etc.) after installing solar panels?

I had a new roof put on before putting on my Solar panels. Both companies worked together so that the roof warranty is good for 20 years; the presumed expected efficiency of the panels. This was for a job in Nassau County. (Pitched Roof)
In Brooklyn, the Solar panels were installed way above the roof. I can walk under them! So does not effect the roof warranty in the same way. (Flat Brownstone Roof)
