Past post-possession. Eviction process.

Hi all. I recently closed on a property with a post possession agreement. At closing they prepaid the agreed time they would vacate the premises. I have no indication that the sellers have found a new apartment. The agreement allows me to charge them a per diem that will be coming out of an escrow account. I would like to avoid going that route. Typically, how long will it take me to evict them? Are there things I should start asking my lawyer?
