Short Sale/Foreclosure - Anybody selling?

I am looking to purchase a short sale/foreclosure in the Bed-Stuy/Crown Heights/Bushwich/Clinton Hill area but I see that these properties go by quickly.  Anybody has any source to where I can find these deals?
