Looking to sell our house

We are looking to sell our 3-story brownstone house in ft Greene. We are finishing up some construction work but would like to list it with a real estate company. Has anyone had any recent experience with a real estate? Please share.

Not going to try and bash your BHS broker I’m sure she is great. Funny you never heard of Fillmore they’re the largest private broker in the city..they have 15 brooklyn offices and one in the heart of Ft.Greene on Lafayette ave and south elliott. Talk to them both and see who fits better.

I almost bought a house in FG with GIna as the broker and though it was a really tough deal to pull off, she always was there for us, always had a potential “solution” to every problem as they arose. It didn’t work out, but she will be the first person I contact when I’m back in the market. A true pro. No games. In real estate, that’s saying something.

I’ve been working with Louis Belisario as the buyer of a house for which Lou represents the seller. (We signed the contracts yesterday.) He is very straightforward, practical, honest and available to answer questions and schedule appointments. We just sold our place in Fort Greene and we interviewed many brokers before we finally listed. The team we chose and would highly recommend would be Louis Belisario & Gina D’Onofrio @ Fillmore Real Estate on Lafayette Avenue, they were truly a breath of fresh air. They made me and my family feel at ease, they never pressured us to do anything, they thoroughly explained the entire process.  They were THE BEST! Beyond experienced, very creative with how they show potential buyers the home and bottom line, got the job done. I Always was able to speak with one of them, no matter the time or day. They sold it with in a month and got me exactly what I told them I needed in order to move on with my life.
