388 Bridge - First time Homebuyer

Hi guys.  I’m hoping to be a first time homebuyer and I’m very interested in the condos that will be for sale in the 388 Bridge development.  I’m wondering if anyone has any idea when these are going to hit the market or any advice on how to get ahead and figure out who will be owning sales for the building.  I want to make sure I don’t miss this opportunity and if there are units in my price range, that I do everything I can to position myself to be able to buy one!
