What do townhouses typically rent for in Park Slope?

My family is moving to Park Slope and we’re looking to rent a townhouse or triplex.  I saw one listing for a townhouse on Lincoln for $12,500, but it’s been up for quite a while.  I’m wondering if this is the going rental rate for houses in the area.

Depending onthe house and location i”d say anywhere from $7,500 to $15,000 a month.
