Good Rental Broker Recommendation for Carroll Gardens

I am an out-of-state landlord and from where I am currently living cannot to properly oversee the renting of apartments in our building in Carroll Gardens.  Does anyone have a recommendation of a good ethical agent specializing in this neighborhood who is professional and easy to work with?
