Will the DeNova Detect 2-in-1 Natural Gas & CO Detector comply with NYC\'s Local Law 157?

I’m looking to comply with New York City’s Local Law 157, which requires the installation of natural gas detectors in residences with gas appliances. I found the DeNova Detect 2-in-1 Natural Gas & CO Detector online, and it claims to detect both natural gas and carbon monoxide.

I’m a bit worried because it’s a 2-in-1 model, and I’m unsure if that could be an issue for compliance with the law. I know the law requires specific gas detectors, and I want to make sure this model satisfies the city’s requirements. It’s mentioned that it has certifications and meets safety standards, but I wanted to get a second opinion. Has anyone here used this model in New York City or know if it meets the local law?
