Pool with standing water

After getting my first mosquito bite last night, I have a concern I need help with. The building next door to me has a backyard pool that they never drained, don’t have covered and clearly don’t put much thought into, considering how many toys and chairs were left there all winter. Clearly, this is mosquito haven and I want to know the best way to address them about it. Thanks

If you don’t get help immediately from 311 I’d go to Lowe’s or HD & get mosquito dunks & toss them into the water – they really prevent more hatching.
