Express F

I heard a rumor a few months ago that there was going to be an express F train with a stop at 15th St/Prospect Park. Has anyone else heard about this? Or is it wishful thinking?

15th street is not on the express track.  It runs from Church avenue straight to 7th avenue.  To make matters worse, the Coney Island bound side of 15th street and Fort Hamilton parkway will close sometime in September for a few months, like the city bound side did in the spring.
