On this document, what is the difference between a “Sink-Residential” and a “lavatory (common wash basin)? When you have an inspection does this list of fixtures need to match 100%?

The first is a kitchen sink and the other is in the bathroom. This is the worst document DOB has it is never right and the inspector will require it to be. To get this entered properly at DOB is something else.
