Pumping Water out of Cellar

In anticipation of the large amount of water that Sandy will deposit in our cellar: any personal recommendations on companies/individuals who will come and pump the water out?  Cost?  We have no hatch…would have to snake a hose up the stairs and out the door under the stoop 🙁
