Plumber Recommendations

I’m about to become an absentee landlord and want a plumber(s) for my tenant to contact if needed (Bed-Stuy area). I need someone who can work with a gas-fired boiler/hot water baseboard heating system as well as the usual plumbing problems.I’m looking for the usual attributes–competence, reasonable prices, showing up when promised, etc. And, while you’re at it, I also need a handyman who could be called. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Patrick DeVerteuil 718-309-3934 is my point person for tenant maintenance issues; he is a very competent handyman/ carpenter and has very good relationships with many reasonably priced, plumbers, boiler guys, electricians etc. as the need arises. My tenants trust him with their keys and they all work well together, at very reasonable prices.
