Not a shill, just a rec (plumber)

I just used Joe from Petri Plumbing to repair a leak in my building. I found the source of the leak (2nd floor radiator leaking into the ceiling of my first floor bathroom) myself after 2 other visits from a different plumbing company that came and said they found the source, “fixed it” and charged me.  Petri is definitely not the cheapest, but Joe answered all of my questions really thoroughly and gave me a best and worst case scenario when he priced the job which I appreciated.  (I am new to homeownership and am still learning that some people will tell you only the best case scenario when they bid the job–live and learn).   The price ended up being the best case scenario price.  Since he had to drain/refill the boiler system anyway, he even installed a new cut-off valve (that wasn’t there before) on the expansion tank on my boiler that he said helps tremendously if I ever have to change out the expansion tank–bonus!  Really nice guy–I recommend him and the company.  I found them advertised here but didn’t see any recs about them on the forum yet.  I was really pleased with the whole experience so I thought I’d be the first.   No longer a lurker–hooray!!
