New plumbing and heat for entire house

I am looking for all new Plumbing and Heating on a 5 story 3 unit townhouse.

Scope:
– hydronic radiators (no baseboard) on 3 floors, Radiant on 2 floors
  Efficient Gas Furnace (Buderus, Viessmann, Vaillant …), maybe one system for all with BTU meters,
  Dual coil Tank for Solar Thermal option or indirect heat transfer tank.
– bathrooms: 4 full and 1 half
– kitchens: 3
– about 12 rooms, 3700 sqf

I am looking for someone to propose/calculate AND install the system. (I am done with paying paper pushers). 
What´s the rough pricetag I am looking at? Anybody interested?

Sorry to dig up an old post. I’m trusting that this job has now been done and am hoping for your advice. I’m looking at getting a very similar job done (re-doing all plumbing/heating on a 4-story single family) Do you mind if I ask what price yours ended up costing? Would you recommend the plumber used?
