I need to replace the PE 110 Excellence with a boiler that is smaller in size but efficent for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Any suggestions on brands and models? It needs to heat both the raidator and the water.

The PE 110 is a combination heat/hot water boiler. We’re using a version of that unit in a new portfolio.
