Need welder/plumber to repair small section of pipe?

A segment of outdoor water pipe cracked this winter. It connects my outdoor hot and cold water lines via a T junction to a spigot for a hose. It consists of several threaded pieces but the “T” section is cut to size and welded together. The T section is what cracked and this piece is not user replaceable because its welded together. Any ideas on who can repair or rebuild this for me? The entire piece – which I’ve unscrewed from the water lines – is about a foot long – the T junction portion roughly in the middle. Thanks, Dave
