You have a cross-connection somewhere in the building. Single-handle faucets are ususally to blame. Most shower faucets are of the single-handle design, so if you can figure out hot to shut off the hot water valve supplying each of your shower faucets, you’ll likely identify and isolate the problem. The valve can either be a single valve that provides hot water to an entire bathroom, or an individual valve you can access through an access panel or by removing the finished trim plate on the wall and seeing if there’s a slotted (for a flat screwdriver) valve integral to the faucet that you can turn off.
Or you can call a plumber.
