Cracked waste pipe

Hi All, I have to have about 45 feet of a cracked waste pipe replaced in the cellar.  It is the main pipe going from the back of the property to the street – very old and cracked in multiple places.  My plumber is quoting $1600 to replace 45 feet of pipe and add appropriate supports (price includes all parts and labor) I have no idea if this is a reasonable price and would appreciate any advice.
