CPVC sprinkler systems instead of iron?

The short answer: No. The long answer: Good luck, but understand there will be no cost savings over schedule 40 black pipe and there will be no end to the beauraucratic quaqmire.

I was wondering if anyone had a CPVC based sprinkler installed and approved by DOB.
For example http://www.lubrizol.com/CPVC/Products/BlazeMaster.html It seems to be cheaper to install and legal
