Shelter? or Hotel?

Does anyone know what is going with the new building on Clifton and Bedford Avenues?  I saw them moving in some mattresses earlier today?

i think i have the answer. i think it’s a shelter.  it’s occupied but strangely enough the doors are still covered with paper. anyone have any information?
