Ceiling/molding stripping and painting

The paint on the ceiling and molding in my living room and bedroom is peeling and cracking. I need them stripped and repainted. The work would include taking down a ceiling fan and sealing the resulting hole. The moldings are on the simpler side, but still would probably require some time to strip properly. Any painter recommendations for this type of work?
