Rooster or hen APB

I’m getting this story second-hand from my honey so I can’t verify the details. However….

There appears to be some form of chicken hanging out at the pier behind Ikea. She said it looks very well taken care of and is sociable. It is now taking to hiding out in the bushes because kids have been taunting it. Is anyone missing this chicken or know who might be? If anyone cares enough to re-post this please go ahead. The end may be near for the Ikea rooster……
