My neighbror play Very loud music every friday night until 4AM...

Hi, Maybe someone can help me, i have a african american neighbror who play very loud music (he has a dider system) every friday night they have 30 to 40 ppl from 7pm until 4am Every friday i call 311 everytime but nothig help… any idea will be much appreciate.   thanks

What does your neighbor’s ethnicity have to do with your concern?  Maybe the real issue is that you’re prejudiced, have a fear of people of color and don’t know how to approach a person on a human level and have a conversation.  Maybe once you deal with your own fears, misconceptions and ignorance you’ll be able to handle this situation more maturely.
