I heard this week that the limits for all Fannie Mae loans are being reset to lower levels as of September 30.  Can anyone confirm this and point to where to see the new limits for 1, 2 and 3 family properties, or are the current limits likely to be extended?

The limit for single family loans in high-cost areas is set to drop on Oct. 1 to $625,500 from $729,750.
