Recommendation for Adam Dahill at Mortgage Master

I also highly recommend mortgage master – we used Jim Kroll. He navigated us through an enormously complex FHA loan. The deal wouldn’t have gone through without him. Knowledgeable and helpful under pressure.

If you are looking to refinance, I highly recommend Adam Dahill at Mortgage Master. We found Adam through the many positive recommendations he’s received on this forum, and engaged him to refinance our Bed-Stuy townhouse. We had a great experience. He and his team were really on the ball to all issues that came up, and in the end we got an amazing rate (we somehow managed to lock at the nadir of the market, which is maybe just luck, but we’ll give him credit nonetheless). I agree that Adam is terrific. We had a particularly difficult refinance because our previous mortgage company lost our note and the new mortgage company would not refinance without it. Adam and his team worked to find a workaround that satisfied the new mortgage company and got us a wonderful new rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage with no points. He was tireless in his efforts, always responded to our many phone calls, and was wonderful to work with.

Was about to second the recommendation of Adam, but someone beat me to it. So let me “third” that recommendation. We worked with him about 2 years back, and he was both pleasant in his interactions and professional in his service. I’ve passed on his contact details to four or five friends who are thinking of buying (together with those of our buyer’s agent – House by We).
