Mortgage broker recommendation: Vanessa Thatcher @ Atlantic Home Capital

Just wanted to give an enthusiastic recommendation if you are in the market for mortgage broker. Vanessa Thatcher of Atlantic Home Capital just helped us refinance our mortgage on our brownstone. I third that reccomendation, though she cant do combinations 🙁 spoke with her about 3 months ago and within 5 mins you can tell she knows what she’s talking about. Still it was nice to talk to someone who knew what she was talking about even though there are limitations on what services she can offer co-op owners.

I second that recommendation. Vanessa refinanced my coworkers condo in Dumbo, my coop in Prospect Heights and my brothers house in Kings Park LI. She is fantastic.
