HUD Consultant Recommendation?

I applied for a 203(K) loan and used Keith. He is excellent at what he does and will steer you in the right direction. He is definitely the one to go with, thorough, timely, easy to work with, and just an all round nice guy.

Hi Everyone – My husband and I are pursuing a 203(k) loan for our purchase of an old townhouse in Brooklyn. Our bank has asked us to contact an HUD Consultant when w have our contractor’s estimate of the work to be done. Has anyone done this before or have a Consultant that they would recommend (or recommend to avoid…) Thanks in advance.

Only HUD consultant you should use is Keith Arthur 718-344-9142\. He is the only consulatant we work with on 203k projects and we do alot of them.

He’s one of the few HUD consultants that actually know about construction/renovations and the process of how things work in NYC regarding DOB etc. Plus he’s a proffesional but easygoing guys. Tell him Constantine from Bullfrog sent you and he’ll do right by you.
