HELOC for 4 family

I did a HELOC for a 4-family through TD Bank last year without any major problems, though I did find their loan processing department to be disorganized.

We are having a hard time finding a bank for getting a HELOC for our 4 family. TD bank is a big mistake. Anyone do it with Soveriegn or M and T? Or anyone else?
