Finding a Mortgage Lender

Hi All! We’re building a new mortgage lender data site for NYC which aims to help homeowners & buyers find the right mortgage lenders to work with for purchase or refinance. We collect important data from all of the mortgages actually made & recorded in NYC. This data includes the actual interest rates & terms made by all of the lenders around the city and for different property types like condos, single family homes or 2-4 family homes. So, next time you want to buy or refinance we’ll be able to show you all of the lenders that have recently made loans on your property type and in your geographic area / neighborhood and what the actual terms were. We’re looking for beta users to work with so that we can build a platform that works for all – borrowers & lenders. Would anyone be interested in participating in the beta?
