Waterproofing and AC maintenance recommendation

We have issue with waterproofing at two corners of our brick building. Need recommendations on how can deal with masonry water proofing. Further it is time to get our AC checked. Would like to either enter into a maintenance contract or ‘pay-per-visit’. We have a three-zone Daikin system. Thanks, Oliver

This year will only be the third season we are operating it. It will be the first time we will get it checked from an independent company not related to our GC. Therefore the question for a recommendation… We love our AC system – it is very efficient, quiet and reliable so far. On top of that the electricity bills in the summer didn’t increase as much as expected. We can recommend it.

Hi! Sorry I don’t have any answers for you. We just got a quote TODAY for a three zone Daikin system, so I have to ask – how do you like it?? Would you recommend the people who installed it and have you been happy with it? How often do you have to get it checked and what does that cost you? Thanks! And I hope you get your answers!
