Stoop flooding

Original, huge bluestone slab at the foot of my stoop is pitched slightly the wrong way – puddles form, and now appear to be draining below the stoop, eroding the (sand?) underneath and creating ever larger puddles under my stoop entrance. Not good. Under my stoop getting wetter, the last night it was lapping at garden floor entrance and then draining into my cellar. Clearly these huge slabs need to be pulled up and reset – i have no elevation relative to the sidewalk, so it’s going to be tricky to find a way to set them right. My questions are (a) can anyone recommend an outfit that knows what theyre doing and could tackle this with minimal risk of screwing up? dont want some cowboys breaking the bluestones, then telling me i just have to patch with concrete etc. (b) in the meantime, i now have half-inch gaps where bluestone meets stoop structure, and cavities below where the water drains and has washed the foundation sand out into the storage area under the stoop. Can i slow the flooding/erosion by filling these spaces with something benign, such as expanding foam sealant?

Buscarello can do it. Also Park Slope Brownstone. I think dumping sand would help but you’re better off getting it seen to right away. They’d take up all the adjacent pavers & relay them so the overall pitch is corrected.
