ISO mason or contractor to build low brick wall in our backyard

Our backyard is low because a previous owner had a pool. There is a partial crumbling concrete wall around the perimeter. We need somebody to remove the concrete and replace it with a nice, low, brick (or maybe stone wall). Any recs would be appreciated. Thanks!
