Contractor Needed for Facade Work & Pointing

Our building has an old stucco coat facing the street that is cracking in several spots. On the sides and back we need some repointing. We’re looking for a good but reasonable (this is not a landmark building that requires a Michelangelo) contractor to handle the whole job (which will require scaffolding I’m sure as it is 5 stories). I’ve checked a bunch of older posts but it’s not always easy to tell who is shilling and who is not. Some contractors are recommended once but there are no other references to them. As such, we could use several names as we want to get a few quotes. We’d also like to get going before it gets too cold. Thanks.

I posted about finding a mason recently.  Look around your neighborhood for masonry projects.  Typically the contractors have signs posted with contact info.  You should be able to talk to a few of their clients as well.  I found my mason on my street, as did about eight of my immediate neighbors.
