Need electrician available NOW

Park Slope here.  After months of trying to get two good, licensed electricians I know to come redo my kitchen lighting (too busy) I’m reaching out.  It’s a small kitchen but very badly lit; will need lights above and below cabinets.  Any recommendations, or solicitations, welcome SO LONG AS:  1\.  electrician can help me pick lighting  at my home or in store (not send me to an incomprehensible, grahpically-challenged on-line catalogue) 2\.  has at least two recommendations from previous kitchen work in particular, from people who will return emails or calls. 3\.  can get it done in the next 2-3 weeks, guaranteed. I have used James Arbeeny of Bruno Electric ( 718) 344-2793,  for a number of small jobs that I felt should be done by a lic. electrician rathan than a general contractor or handyman.   For a few of the jobs that were done like replacing a thermostat I let him pick out the materials and it worked out fine. If you don’t want to go shopping at Lowes or Home Depot, check out Rejuventation Lighting on the web, they have a huge selection of fixtures that are appropriate with old houses,  Pricy but beautiful.  So, at least define what you want, and ask if he will obtain the fixtures for you if this is the way you want to go.    I can say that he returns calls, shows up on tiime, does what he says is is going to do.  Those are all things I want in any craftsman or tradesman.   If

wow. that’s a lot you are asking for. why don’t you take some pics of your kitchen and go to a lighting store and have them help you pic the lights and get an idea of where to place them. that should be the first step. look on the forum here for an electrician and start calling. my guess the reason they won’t call you back is that its a small job and what you are asking for is way beyond the effort unless you are going to pay them well to do it.If you are willing to pay a premium to make the job worth it, you might as well say that off the bat. Doha from Luxury Construction might take the job but you are asking for all this in 2-3 weeks? That’s tough but maybe doable but not if you are asking for recommendations. This is not the type of job that needs heavy vetting. It’s a couple of lights, not rewiring the whole house. You might have a chance to get someone to come at an off time to do it if you already have the lights. I doubt any contractor is going to want to hold you hand through this to install 4 lights. Sorry if this sounds rude, just trying to be realistic.
