Chandelier Repair

Can anyone recommend a repairperson they’ve used who can replace a nonfunctioning arm, and missing pieces of a large three-tier crystal chandelier located in brownstone Brooklyn. It’s approximately 4′ long and we’d rather have this done in situ rather than taking it apart and bringing it somewhere. Thanks!
