Looking for Real Estate Lawyer for 2 Unit Basics

I dont think ou will find any difficulties to find it to google and sort out certain directories like yelp or some other. Try to get them with experience in real estate deals and that really matters. got some ideas about real estate and estate matters from http://gcylaw.com/real-estate-service and consider something like that as well for your better understanding.

for leases, we just use the appropriate Blumberg form.  Can be bought online and printed.  Tenants are used to seeing them, landlords don’t have to pay a lawyer.  Tenants don’t feel that they are being screwed with some custom looking (but we know its biolerplate) legalese form for 5-10x the cost. Thinking that their new landlord is somewhere trying to pull a fast one with fine print and hard to find exceptions.     Seriously, though, nyc tenants have so many protections and odds stacked in their favor, its not like you are going to find some language tight as a drum no one else has that is going to do some risk mitigation for you.     Use the plain english version, and Add as many addendums in plain english as you would like (smoking, pets, use of common areas, etc).  Your tenant will appreciate the straightforwardness, and if they don’t pay their rent, a blumberg vs paying a lawyer to boilerplate you one is such a rip off.     I know plenty of lawyers who use these forms for their own tenants.   just 2c
