Legal question

Hi there, Does anyone know what happened with this case? http://brownstoner.staging.wpengine.com/blog/2009/11/footage-from-39/ (the Einstein and Boyd case on 4th street). All I can find online is about Corcoran getting forced to pay their legal fees. I’m wondering if they settled, if it’s still in litigation…. I ask because my husband and I have gotten into a similar situation. We bought a condo that has flash flooding due to developer ineptitude. It was a known material defect, that they “forgot” to disclose to us. Everyone has gotten all lawyer-y. I would love to ask the other couple what their experience was with the litigation, etc… Please chime in if you have any info.
