Laywers specializing in Owners Use / Owner Occupancy cases? Sorry for the repost, but the past responses were deleted for some reason

  I was looking to see if anyone had any recommendations to share for a laywer who has an expertise in the area of owner use / occupancy cases in a rent stabilized building?
We need someone who has not only done this before, but is a real specialist in this area. We understand the money, time and aggravation involved already– just need someone to guide us who knows all the little rules and procedures that we do not.
