Lawyer / Specialist Needed for Tear Down Like Property

I am looking at acquiring a propoerty that is currently zoned as residential, but in a commerical area.  Looking to transform it into a single family property.  The property has stop work orders, is in tear down condition (basically buying the land), across the street from city property, etc….I’ve bought and rehabbed before but this is a little dicier…any suggestions on a good lawyer / specialist to use for this situation before thinking about placing in an offer?  Seems like zoning / violations / legal expertise needed….One stop shopping reference preffered….Thanks! Sounds like you really need to get in touch with a good expeditor not a lawyer. An expeditior will know exactly hat the use can be and how much it will cost for all the filings etc…
