Does anyone know an attorney who is very experienced with co-op (unit) foreclosure deals?

Hi – Does anyone know an attorney who has experience with foreclosure transactions for a co-op apartment – preferrably the more complex kinds (with lien/title issues)? I need someone who has been thru this stuff more than a few times… I am hoping to purchase a co-op apartment unit that went thru foreclosure… Thanks for any help!
