Contractor's Lawyer Needed

I have a client who is a contractor and seeks a good lawyer familiar with DOB process, construction contracts etc. Somebody who works with small contractors is needed who can help solve problems with difficult customers, inform on the rights of a contractor in relation to deadlines, contracts, DOB requirements etc. Any suggestions?

Your question is not clear.  You say small contractor and DOB, but it seems like you mean DCA.  Apparently, most lawyers are not interested in representing small contractors, they only want large contractors, or clients who have claims against contractors, and then, only against contractors with insurance.  I have a lot of clues, as to how to thread through my small contractor’s insurance dilemma, which does not involve a claim against me, but the advice so far is vague and discouraging.
