I assume you mean disassembled (unless you want cabinets that lie to you). With that assumption, I third the rec for Ikea. If all you want is a pretend kitchen (for inspection, appraisal, etc), then of course you are looking for those $90 POSs that HD sometimes has, but those are about three orders of magnitude worse in quality than typical “landlord special” grade cabinets.
