Where can I buy dissembled kitchen cabinets?

The kind that come in flat boxes with all the parts to assemble yourself. Both Home Depot and Loew’s sold them for many years. But no more.

I assume you mean disassembled (unless you want cabinets that lie to you). With that assumption, I third the rec for Ikea. If all you want is a pretend kitchen (for inspection, appraisal, etc), then of course you are looking for those $90 POSs that HD sometimes has, but those are about three orders of magnitude worse in quality than typical “landlord special” grade cabinets.
