Need an affordable contractor for a straightforward bathroom renovation

My wife and I are looking for someone to do a very straightforward bathroom renovation in Boerum Hill.  In short, we want the following things: – Laying new tile over the existing tile – Installing store-bought furniture (toilet, sink/vanity, medicine cabinet) – Replacing the wall and ceiling lights – Reglazing the tub I’d be grateful for any recommendations/references. I can strongly recommend Empire Restoration. Rafal is the contractor, rafal_g1@msn.com. Rafal has done other renovation work in our building, both for other shareholders and for our co-op board. He’s nearly done with my bathroom renovation this week. They work so quick and clean. They are very impressive.
