Kitchenette in single family
That would be a wet bar. No range would be allowed, but I suppose people do it all the time.

Hi, I know that a one-family C of O means only 1 kitchen is allowed, with an additional kitchenette possible if it is <= 80 square feet and does not have a stove. Is an electric cooktop permissible per NYC building code for such a kitchenette? (planning a guest suite with a kitchenette) Thanks
