Kitchen range hood replacement

Over my stove is a ducted fan and light that must be replaced. It is about 35 years old and it is a Nutone VH330\. I need somebody who can install a new one (ducted only) that will fit the duct work in the site of this one. Incidentally, it has been disconnected already from the circuit breaker. I just need the unit, not a cover since I want to keep the one that is there.
