I suggest you to go to the cabinet makers or any interior designers rather than to go to the cabinite suppliers, if you want cabinets for your own kitchen.

theres is a few places you can go to 2ave and 52st or if you drive on 3er ave from 20 to 60st you will find a few good places

I used Crown Point Cabinets. They are located in New England. I was very happy with their cabinets.

are you looking for a cabinet shop or something different? I didn’t understand your question. IKEA has some real wood cabinets but not sure about solid wood…. they have different price points. after pricing out solid wood, and refusing to go with IKEA for a year, I went to IKEA and changed my mind. blowing your budget sky high elsewhere will have that effect but I also just like what I saw at IKEA and am not thrilled with our cabinet guy’s other work right now. if you want a store, you probably should figure out what type of cabinets you want and at what price point and whether you want any free design services. some to consider include Park Slope Kitchen Gallery which has semi custom like Medallion. There’s a shop on Coney Island Avenue just north of Avenue P, west side of street, that has dealers including Kemper. both of those makers supply Home Depot or Lowe’s under other names, but going through an independent dealer you might (or might not) get better more individualized service and the cabinets include free design service/help. there’s also a shop on 3rd Avenue not far south of Union, that does custom and stock cabinets. and there’s a well regarded kitchen place in Bed Stuy I believe, on a main drag. all of the names I’m not including are escaping me, they are slightly generic shop names as I recall – but if anyone wants me to dig up contact info emai me at jeanmarine at yahoo dot com.
