Design Build Recommendations Needed

I’m finally going to start the upgrade to my Brooklyn Heights co-op I have put off for more than 15 years! It needs a lot of work. Both the kitchen and the bathroom need gut renovations, and there are several smaller projects that will need doing. I think I know what I like, but I need help. Can anyone recommend a Design-Build firm with significant experience in co-ops? My tastes run to the modern, minimalist and streamlined, so I’d like to find someone with a portfolio that includes at least a few modern-style apartments. Has anyone worked with someone they just loved? Thanks for you help!

Thanks for the rec on curated; am talking to them for a bathroom redo in my historic co-op. The owner seems great, portfolio is beautiful, but I wanted to hear about customer experience. Glad it worked out!

We used Curated Design Build a couple of years ago on our Manhattan coop apartment and are now using them again for our new house. They were invaluable in dealing with our very difficult coop board. Basically nothing but good things to say about them.
